Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions from international procurement and engineering teams.

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?+
Standard switchgear and transformers ship in 30–45 days after technical confirmation. Customised box substations and prefabricated cabins typically take 60–90 days. Lead times can be expedited for urgent projects on a case-by-case basis.
What payment terms do you accept for international orders?+
We commonly work with 30% T/T deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy, or Letter of Credit at sight (LC). We also accept D/P at sight for established customers. All terms are subject to commercial agreement.
Which voltage levels and standards do you support?+
We supply equipment from 0.4 kV to 40.5 kV. Designs are compliant with IEC 62271, IEC 61439, IEC 60076, GB and DL/T standards. ANSI/IEEE-compatible variants are available on request.
Do you offer customised designs for special operating conditions?+
Yes — tropical, high-altitude, low-temperature, coastal, and seismic-zone variants are part of our regular engineering scope. Provide your site conditions and we will recommend the appropriate enclosure rating, insulation class, and material specification.
What warranty do you provide on the equipment?+
Standard warranty is 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first. Extended warranty options up to 5 years are available for selected products.
Do you provide on-site commissioning and after-sales service?+
Yes — for major projects we dispatch commissioning engineers to supervise installation, witness FAT/SAT, and train your operating personnel. Remote technical support is provided 24/7 via email and phone.
Do you support OEM / private-label production?+
Yes. We have experience producing private-label switchgear and transformers for distributors and EPC partners in over 20 countries. Minimum order quantities and branding details vary by product line.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?+
We strongly encourage factory visits. We arrange the visit schedule, plant tour, technical workshops, and test witnessing. Contact us at least 2 weeks in advance so we can arrange the right product and engineering teams.
