Our Jiangxi production complex spans approximately 60,000 m² (90 mu / 14.8 acres), with dedicated zones for sheet-metal fabrication, transformer assembly, switchgear assembly, and integrated test bays.
CNC Sheet-Metal Line
Full-process CNC sheet-metal line — laser cutting, CNC bending, robotic welding, and automated powder-coating — delivering panel-level dimensional consistency at production scale.
Automatic Assembly Line
Automated assembly line for switchgear and transformer cores with in-line quality gates, full traceability barcoding, and 100% factory acceptance testing before dispatch.
